Bond Hearings and Negotiations

I understand that no one wants to be in custody.  Clients are also able to assist in the preparation of their case if they are out of custody.  Being local to Bakersfield which has an ICE office as well as a detention facility, I have successfully negotiated bond grants with the local ICE officers.  If the local officers cannot or will not grant bond, oftentimes I can request a bond hearing before the Immigration Judge.  It is important to have a good advocate, whether asking for bond from an ICE officer or Immigration Judge, to ensure that the request has the information necessary to get the lowest potential bond amount. My clients are assured that they have the best advocate to present their case in the light most favorable to a low bond.
