If a case is denied before the Immigration Judge, the applicant has the right to have their case examined by a higher court. In every appeal it is important to have an attorney knowledgeable about the applicable case law and able to present the case and arguments in a clear and concise manner. With experience writing hundreds of motions and briefs, I have the experience necessary to prepare appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
