I have many years of experience representing clients in removal proceedings.  I represent clients, both in and out of custody, throughout the State of California.  If the client has been placed into immigration proceedings after entering the United States, being convicted in the criminal court, or was stopped by ICE for an unrelated matter, I evaluate each case to determine which applications should be filed with the Immigration Court. Together, we can determine a winning strategy and submit the documents and testimony to put forth the best possible argument before the Immigration Judge.  Whether the case calls for termination, or several forms of relief, my clients trust that their case is well-prepared and placed in the most favorable light to allow the Immigration Judge to grant their application.
