DACA

Since 2012, applicants who can prove their entry into the United States as a child and meet certain other qualifications can apply for deferred action for childhood arrivals.  Under this program, those who meet these requirements are given work authorization.  They can also apply for certain other programs which could make getting residency easier, depending on their family situation.  Sometimes proving presence in the United States from a young age can be difficult.  My clients are confident that they have an attorney with experience in helping to obtain these records, putting their application in the best possible position for approval.
